Ndivhuwo joined the Kwon Lab in August 2023 as a Research Technician based in Durban, South Africa. He holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Venda. Ndivhuwo is a registered Medical Scientist at the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS), where he performs clinical diagnostic assays and contributes to clinical research. This experience inspired him to pursue doctoral (PhD) studies. His research focuses on characterising the impact of vaginal microbiota on the immune landscape of the female genital tract (FGT) in South African young women.
