CiCi joined the Kwon Lab in July 2026, bringing more than 15 years of administrative experience supporting executive leadership, managing research operations, and streamlining processes within academic and research environments. Her educational background is in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Crime and Corrections, and she applies her organizational expertise and problem-solving skills to support the lab’s mission and collaborative research efforts. In her role, CiCi helps facilitate efficient lab operations, coordinate administrative initiatives, and support the team’s ongoing research activities. Outside of work, she enjoys digital illustration, is an avid true crime enthusiast, spending time with friends at the movies, and relaxing with her cat, Wednesday.
